ICAN VIDEO TOOLKIT FOR PARENTS
The ICAN team (Complex Communication and Autism Team) are part of the NHS Child Development Team. They have produced a large range of videos designed for families of children with complex communication needs or autism, to support them post diagnosis. The videos have been designed with pre-school children in mind, but much of the information will be of use for families with older children too.
Each video lasts between 20 minutes and 40 minutes and is best viewed on a laptop or smartphone. Follow the link below and scroll to the bottom of the page.
