STARS are encouraging settings to choose Lead Practitioners to help promote better Autism and SEN provision. Having a Lead Practitioner in place leads to better outcomes for pupils with autism and SEN as the whole staff team will feel more empowered to meet the need of pupils with more complex needs. We are encouraging Lead Practitioners to come on our AET Good Autism Practice (Tier 2) training to feel more supported in this role.
